The contract between us when you book a trip.
Booking and payment
A reservation becomes binding once we confirm it in writing and the deposit (or full price) is received. Final balance is due 21 days before departure unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the per-product policy shown at booking. Some rooms and flights are non-refundable; this is always disclosed before purchase.
Changes
If we have to change a confirmed booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible and offered an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
Travel documents
You're responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, and any health requirements are in order before travel.
Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel, airline, and other suppliers. Their terms also apply.
